Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the following positions within the National AIDS Council.
Station: NAC Head Office, Harare.
Reports to: Senior Procurement Officer
KEY FUNCTIONS
- Receiving and processing departmental requisitions
- Preparing various tenders/ bids according to specific requirements
- Sourcing of quotations
- Evaluation of bids
- Preparation and expediting of orders
- Contract management – establishing terms, pricing, quality and delivery requirements
- Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain
- Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships
- Supplier monitoring and evaluation
- Administering the Procurement Plan
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- HND in Purchasing & Supply Management.
- A degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
- At least CIPS Diploma Level 4
- At least 3 years’ experience in Public Procurement
- Be in possession of a clean class 4 driver’s license.
