Duties And Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing departmental requisitions
- Preparing various tenders/ bids according to specific requirements
- Sourcing of quotations
- Evaluation of bids
- Preparation and expediting of orders
- Contract management including establishing terms, pricing, quality and delivery requirements
- Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain
- Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships
- Supplier monitoring and evaluation
- Administering the Procurement Plan
- Produce relevant periodic reports
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or Equivalent
- CIPS Diploma Level 4
- At least 3 years’ experience in Public Procurement
- Clean class 4 driver’s license
- Any additional relevant qualification(s) will be an added advantage
