VACANCY NOTICE NO. 4 OF 2025
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the following posts which have arisen at Hillside Teachers’ College.
Post 2: Procurement Officer X 1
Qualifications
- A degree in National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or Supply Chain Management.
- Higher National Diploma will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of two years of working experience in a similar post.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Procurement of goods and services according to the PPCA Act Chapter 22:23.
- Preparation of bidding documents and evaluation reports for the Procurement Entry System (EGP).
- Preparation of procurement plans and reports for submission to the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ).
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Maintenance of procurement records.
- Management of contracts and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Principal.
