Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality goods at the best possible cost and terms
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in line with company policy
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/production teams to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
- Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve supply-related issues promptly
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/SAP/ERP software
- Sound knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
