Duties & Responsibilities
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for best deals
• Generating reports on procurement and contracts to meet compliance requirements
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective
• Providing advice, information and guidance on procurement issues
• Keeping up to date with procurement policies
Qualifications And Experience
- Degreed in Procurement qualification / purchasing and supply or related field
• Masters Degree will be an added advantage
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Good negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
