Key Responsibilities
- Liaises with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) on all issues, including tenders
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for quality, price, and delivery terms
- Drafts, review and manage supplier contracts,
- Ensures compliance with company policies, PRAZ, and relevant laws
- Maintains accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Monitors contracts with suppliers and periodically checks for consistency with the delivery dates.
- Ensures ethical sourcing and avoid conflicts of interest
