- Prepare and request quotations from suppliers.

- Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and outstanding orders.
- Maintain procurement records and filing systems.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording goods delivered.
- Assist in verifying supplier tax compliance documentation.
- Follow up on supplier invoices and payment status.
- Support supplier performance monitoring.
- Assist in coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
- Support facilities maintenance activities.
- Monitor office maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.
- Ensure procurement documentation is properly filed.
