  • Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and outstanding orders.
  • Maintain procurement records and filing systems.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording goods delivered.
  • Assist in verifying supplier tax compliance documentation.
  • Follow up on supplier invoices and payment status.
  • Support supplier performance monitoring.
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules.
  • Support facilities maintenance activities.
