Procurement Clerk (Permanent) x1
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the
above-mentioned position within the Procurement Department. The incumbent will
report to the Procurement Officer and will be based at Head office in Harare.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
5 ‘O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounts.
Higher National Diploma or Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
At least 1-year relevant working experience.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Drafts adverts and requests for quotations for publishing
Creates orders in SAP
Prepares price comparison schedules
Participates in tender processing
Attends adjudication meetings as secretariat
Drafts price variation memorandums
Manages supplier / service providers contracts
Trains and mentors’ students on Industrial attachment
