Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in receiving and recording requisitions from user departments.
  • Assisting in filing procurement proceedings documents.
  • Responsible for expediting and movement of requisitions and purchase orders between offices.
  • Updating orders on the electronic procurement monthly return platform.
  • Responsible for prepaying tender opening venues and relevant equipment.
  • Collating and binding of Standard Bidding Documents and any other documents.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Procurement Officer.

Requirements

  • A National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management
  • A Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Should have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Attention to detail in execution of work is required.
