Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis ability.
- Good understanding of production flow, machine availability, bottlenecks, WIP control & process discipline.
- Hands-on factory presence and willingness to spend time on the shop floor
- Good communication skills.
- Strong follow up discipline and ability to close actions.
- Working knowledge of OEE, TPM, 5s housekeeping, downtime analysis & continuous improvement tools.
- Computer literacy, especially Excel and basic dashboard reporting tools.
- Discipline, Systematic, Commitment and Detail oriented and organized.
