Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EAC regulations and laws of Zimbabwe.
• Crafting and implementing of traditional and digital sales strategies.
• Managing a team of real estate negotiators and letting officers.
• Develop the sales and property management portfolio.
• Fostering teamwork and excellent office culture.
• Superintending over all transactions.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Registered with Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe.
• Diploma or degree from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience in real estate or a similar field (property valuations and auction management skills are a plus).

Salary

A competitive salary and a % of commission
