JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and enhance the organization’s brand reputation
• Ensure compliance with the Estate Agents Act (Chapter 27:17) and rules of professional conduct
• Ensure compliance with the Money Laundering and Proceeds of Crime Act (Chapter 9:24)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice and solutions throughout the various real estate value chains.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, professional standards, and ethical practices
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to promote business growth
• Skillfully negotiate contracts to achieve favourable outcomes for both clients and the organization
• Provide proper guidance, advice and valuable insights to clients regarding property investment, market trends developments etc.

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree/Diploma in Real Estate from a recognized institution
• Membership of The Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe
• Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is a pre- requisite
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry
• Proficiency in the MRI real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms
• Previous Experience as a Principal Registered Estate Agent will be an added advantage
• Property referencing and valuation will be an added advantage
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s license
