The Principal Officer is the executive responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the insurance company. The role ensures the effective implementation of its Principal’s Program, provides strategic leadership, and drives growth and sustainability. Acts as key liaison, manager, and operational executive.
Key Duties

Represent the company to the insurance regulator

Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision

Lead product development in Credit Life, Funeral, and Legal Aid microinsurance
-
Oversee underwriting, claims processing, customer service, and policy administration
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s degree as an added advantage
