Job Description

• Execute the growth of the business network as well as identify other profitable opportunities• Develop on the job agent training sessions• Meet or exceed agent growth and engagement targets• To maintain proper Trust Accounts and handle money and property held for customers• Individual will have direct responsibility of all transactions that the company agents are involved in• Participate in the recruitment, interviewing and training of new agents.• Preparation of Agreements of Sale and property files for conveyancers and other related people – Property sales and management • Valuations and site visits

Job Requirements

1. Be an active estate agent for 5 years2. A good understanding of trust accounts3. The duty to assure compliance with applicable laws and rules relating to the practise of the profession4. Ability to work remotely with own laptop and car5. Membership of Zimbabwe Real Estate Council a must6. Licensed as Real Estate Agent – Relevant experience in Real Estate Management / Sales / Property Management7. Young and energetic willing to grow with the organization8. Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Urban and Rural Planning/ Surveying
