POST GRADUATE TRAINEESHIPS Introduction The Southern African Power Pool (SAPP), established in April 1995 under the SADC Treaty, coordinates regional electricity cooperation to optimise energy resources and support member states. SAPP invites applications from suitably qualified graduates from its Member States for two (2) Post Graduate Traineeships based at the Coordination Centre in Harare, Zimbabwe.
