Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting the Senior Cook and Junior Cook to prepare meals.
- Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and tidy.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic bin area.
- Assisting in cleaning the restaurant.
- Arranging stocks neatly in the pantry.
Applicants should fulfil the below requirements:
- Minimum of five ‘O’ Level passes including English.
- HEXCO National Certificate in Professional Cookery/Hospitality or equivalent.
