Position: POLICY SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

 

 

The Job (Responsibilities):

 

Reporting to the Policy Services Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

 

 

• Preparing and dispatching monthly billing statements to various premium collection agencies

• Following up with premium collection agencies to ensure timeous remittance of premiums

• Reconciling and allocating premiums to the respective policies

• Suspense management

• Preparing monthly commissions payroll for all distribution channels

• Calculating monthly production and persistency for all distribution channels

• Collecting, interpreting and analysing Individual Life Business data to improve on data integrity and overall business performance

• Stakeholder relationship building and management

• Resolving Policy Services related queries as and when received

• Providing monthly reports on revenue collected and any Policy Services related processes

 

 

The Person (Requirements):

 

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

 

 

• Diploma in Insurance/Marketing/Sales

• Certificate of Proficiency

• At least 1 year experience in the Insurance Industry

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Tech Savvy and an appreciation of Informal or Mass Markets.
