How does the work culture in Botswana Police Service compare to expectations for law enforcement in Zimbabwe?

Both environments demand discipline, respect for chain of command, and willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends. In Botswana, you may need to adapt to different local languages and community policing styles, but the core expectation of integrity and physical fitness is similar.

What career progression can a Police Constable realistically expect over time?
