Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair water supply, drainage, sewer and sanitation systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing infrastructure.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults and emergencies promptly.
- Maintain pumps, valves, water tanks, pipelines and associated equipment.
- Assist in planning and implementing maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate plumbing activities across company facilities as required.
- Supervise and guide subordinate staff where applicable.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and company standards.
Requirements
- A skilled worker Class 1 in the trade of Plumbing / Drain Laying is an added advantage, not a prerequisite.
- At least five years post experience in the construction industry.
