- Lead and supervise plant personnel and operators
- Enforce safety and compliance standards
- Monitor costs, fuel usage, and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- National Certificate or Diploma in Diesel Plant Fitting
- 5 years’ experience in plant/equipment supervision
- Strong knowledge of heavy construction equipment
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of maintenance systems and safety standards
- Valid driver’s licence
