Planning Technician x 1
Duties
- Preparation of layout plans for residential , commercial , industrial , institutional and other ancillary uses
- Assessing building plans and production site plans
- Coordinating / carrying out topographical and cadastral surveys
- Producing master and local development plans
- Assesing building plans submitted for approval
- Processing subdivisions , change of use zoning and spartial plans
- Enforcing development control
- Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Officer Technical Services
QUALIFICATIONS
- A National Diploma in Rural and Urban Planning Development from reputable institution
- At least 1 year experience in planning position
- Knowledge of GIS, AutoCard is an added advantage
- Membership of a professional body eg ZIRUP
- Class 4 Drivers licence
