PLANNING TECHNICIAN
Reporting to the Town Engineer, the officer will be responsible for:
> Layout designing of residential, commercial and Industrial properties for Local authority
> Development control for all Council projects
> Implementation of land Management policies
> Siting and pegging of all land uses.
> Preparation of developmental plans
> Advising Council on Planning issues
> Coordination of Subdivisions and consolidations
> Plan Management
> Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
> Five ”0″ Levels including Maths and English
> A diploma in Rural and Urban Planning
> A degree in Urban Planning and Development is added advantage.
> At least one year experience in Public Sector
