Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company (Pvt) Ltd (ZCDC), a Diamond Producer for the long-term benefit of Zimbabwe seeks applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and self-driven candidates to be considered for the above position that has arisen in the business.

Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent – Planning.

DUTIES

Creating and maintaining an asset register, annual maintenance master plan, and maintenance bill of materials for plants and equipment.
Maintenance planning and scheduling in SAP PM, analyzing and tracking maintenance compliance.
Creating CAPEX and OPEX annual budgets for various Work Centres.
Tracking of Maintenance KPIs and timeous generation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Facilitating Problem-Solving and track closure of all actions arising from RCAs.
Creating and maintaining documentation and implementation of IMS systems.
Drive Asset Management System, Asset Care best practice and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
A Degree is an added advantage.
At least three (3) years’ post-apprenticeship experience in a mining or heavy manufacturing industry.
Three (3) years experience in Maintenance planning and scheduling.
Project management qualification.
Knowledge of the SAP PM ERP system an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of SHEQ Management Systems.
