Pharmacy Executive – Midlands Region
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales and meet monthly set targets for your territories in terms of units and value.
- Ensure visibility in their territories through physical presence, promotional marketing materials and structured gatherings with the customers from these same territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordination and support of Debt Collections in their respective regions in line with current Debtors Aging and set collection targets.
- Responsible for Product Movement Analysis on regular basis.
- Strategizing for excellent customer care and spearheading quarterly assessment of customer satisfaction as well as driving Customer Appreciation.
- Designs innovative promotional campaigns and business activities that comply with relevant, acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
- Competitor Price comparison sheets to be assigned to and submitted by the team regularly to management.
Requirements
- Educational and Professional Experience
- 1st Degree in Medical Sciences/ Pharmacy/Biological/Nursing Sciences /Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in the Midlands region
- Clean Class 2/4 Drivers’ license- Defensive is an added advantage
