About

Opportunities have arisen within a local NGO working nationally to empower adolescent girls and young women in Zimbabwe socially, economically and psychologically through the use of targeted interventions such as Girls Rights Clubs, Skills Trainings and Health Promotion initiatives. The organization is looking for volunteers under the age of 30 to participate in this opportunity, which provides exposure and experience in the NGO sector and an opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills.

Duties

Taking minutes during meetings; Serving as focal point for communication with the Board on administrative issues on behalf of the Director; being computer savvy; Organizing and attending meetings; Planning, organizing and managing events. And any other related duties.

Qualifications

Qualification in Business Administration and Secretarial studies or related studies; Highly computer literate; Excellent organizational planning and analytical skills; Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Strong work ethic and ability to under pressure and multitask; internet savvy, strong research and analytical skill; Must possess a strong level of discretion and unwavering integrity and honesty to manage highly confidential information.
