People and Culture Officer

Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a wide range of People and Culture (P&C) initiatives playing a key part in enhancing our practices across talent acquisition, employee relations, and Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resilient professional who will be instrumental in leveraging people data to generate insights, coordinating essential projects, and enhancing our employee experience. This individual will act as a trusted partner to the business, facilitating change and championing people & culture initiatives.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent.

• A relevant post graduate qualification or HR certification (IPMZ) is an added advantage.

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar or related environment, preferably within digital services, technology, telco and AI environments.
