The Communications & Allied Industries Pension Fund invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Pension Payments Controller. The role involves timeous and accurate payments of monthly pension, withdrawal benefits and deferred pensions in terms of the Rules of the Fund. It also includes managing pension disbursements, maintaining pension records, and liaising with pensioners and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing

• Data Management

• Payroll Reconciliation

• Compliance with relevant legislation

• Generate and submit reports on pension payments

• Stakeholder Communication

• Audit Support

Qualifications and Experience:

• B Com degree in Risk Management & Insurance

• HND Pension management added advantage

• COP in Long Term Business added advantage

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

• Professional association membership is a plus

• Proficient with Payroll Systems (Payday Payroll system; Fundworx system added advantage)

• High attention to detail and reconciliation

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

• Strong Excel skills and proactive and solution-oriented mindset
