DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Payment of all staff on time as per contracts
·Processing and ensuring the payment of Statutory obligations on time
·Prepare and submit relevant reports due to external parties on time
·Prepare and submit annual returns to all Statutory bodies on time
·Prepare management reports
·Processing payroll journals
·Effect updates in SAP
·Monitor SAP and ensure updates in line with legislation and company policy changes are done
·Addressing payroll queries
·Verifying the integrity of Human Resources data

REQUIREMENTS
·Degree in IT or Finance
·At least 2 years experience running payroll
·Working experience of SAP and good Microsoft skills
