Job brief: we are looking for an experienced and qualified pastry chef responsible for preparing and cooking/ baking pastries in the café
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Stocking checking and ordering ingredients
• Weighing and measuring ingredients
• Decorating pastries and other desserts using a variety of different sauces, toppings and other items
• Contributing ideas to the menu
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
Qualifications and Experience
Skills and qualifications requirements
• Proven skills in baking, pastry preparation and decoration
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• 4 0 level passes including English
• Diploma or any certificate in patisserie arts
