Duties And Responsibilities
Oversees and supervises the Parts Department and managing the day to day operations of the Parts Department,
responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts Department, establishing sales and productivity objectives, forecasting future performance and ensuring high quality services and customers satisfaction.
Qualifications And Experience
Required Attributes
• 5 0 Level passes including English language and Mathematics
• At least a Diploma in Marketing – Clean class 4 driver’s Licence
• High computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 5 years’ experience in motor vehicle parts sales or in a similar position
• Knowledge of customer satisfaction management
