Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell automotive parts and accessories and achieve set sales targets.
• Manage stock ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of parts.
• Ensure availability of fast-moving stock and control slow-moving or obsolete items.
• Provide professional customer service and handle queries, complaints, and returns.
• Supervise, train, and manage parts staff performance and attendance.
• Prepare basic sales and stock reports and maintain system records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and loss-prevention measures.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Procurement or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales or management.
• Strong sales, customer service, and people management skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of inventory systems.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
