We are looking for an enthusiastic barman to join our amazing team in Harare! If you love making excellent drinks and creating a great atmosphere, we want you! If you also have some knowledge in mixing drinks and ingredients, that is a big plus.

Duties And Responsibilities
Role scope

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Maintain bar inventory and supplies
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences
Make recommendations for food and drinks
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Experience

Professional Qualifications and competences
A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience as a Barman or a similar role
Preferably Hotel housekeeping experience and people management capabilities
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Good time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
