Main Duties.
1. Managing production of paints and coatings in a safe and efficient environment.
2. Implementing improvements to processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
3. Ensuring manpower, resource and raw material planning and management
4. Implementing production and cost planning and management
5. Plant and equipment planning and management
6. Ensuring all production meets quality assurance standards
7. Training team members on each skill task meeting quality and production objectives.
8. Ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the production process.
9. Ensuring all safety measures are implemented.
