Requirements

  • A degree in Office Administration, Administration or other related degree with a bias towards office and general administration.
  • Discretion to confidentiality essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Ms Office and Calendar Management tools
  • At least 30 years old and mature
  • At least 2 years’ experience in office administration
  • No criminal record
  • Self-motivated, responsible, honest, trustworthy and a team player
