• Job Title: Contact Centre Outbound Sales Clerk

• Location: Doves Holdings

• Department section: Marketing

• Incumbent Superior (2nd level): Customer Experience Manager

• Incumbent Superior (1st level): Call Centre Supervisor

• Subordinates: None

 

 

Section 02: Responsibilities

 

 

• Make outbound telephonic calls to prospective and existing customers to Market and Sell/Upsell/Cross-sell insurance and related financial products and promotions to customers over the phone.

• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper insurance and financial solutions.

• Provide good customer relationship management through good customer service from sale to delivery, and offer any after-sales support.

• Explain the merits of the Company’s products to customers in a bid to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

• Deliver prepared scripts regarding products and promotions to inform customers and generate leads.

• Respond to questions and concerns of customers over all touchpoints, according to established policies and procedures.

 

 

Section 03: Qualifications/ Training/ Competences

 

 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business administration or Marketing.

• Excellent communications and customer service skills

• Experience of a job where HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE were required.

• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Ability and willingness to learn excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to cope with the emotional demands of the job.

• Happy to be flexible when called upon to work additional hours at short notice.
