JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for provision of comprehensive dental care to the public, attending the dental clinic and satellite clinic as well as management of such clinics under remote supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Performs dental procedures like extractions, taking X- rays, fillings scaling and polishing.
- Dispensing of drugs to the patients.
- Supervising surbordinates in the dental clinic.
- Assists in the training of Oral Health Assistant and those on attachment.
- Participate in Oral Health awareness campaigns.
- And any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma in Dental Therapy or equivalent
- Registered with the Medical and Dental Practitioner Council of Zimbabwe
- Current practising certificate
- Plus 3 years practical experience as a Dental Therapist
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player and good leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
