Job Summary
To co-ordinate all operational functions for the bank
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Conducts and facilitates operating system tests.
2. Prepares and writes tests scripts for testing.
3. Drafts operational processes and procedure manuals for new products.
4. Prepares RBZ weekly and monthly returns.
6. Prepares weekly and monthly operational reports.
7. Orders and distributes debit card to branches.
8. Attends and resolves branch queries.
9. Facilitates branch cash requests.
Qualifications And Experience
Degree in Banking & Finance
IOBZ Diploma an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a BANKING ENVIRONMENT.
