Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Officer (x5) Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise daily deployment of security personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections.
  • Monitor security operations and respond to incidents.
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure guards maintain professional standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and deployment planning.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Train and mentor security personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company, statutory, and client requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Operations Manager (x3) Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily security operations.

Requirements

  • Operations Officer (x5) Minimum Requirements:
  • Be aged 25 years and above.
  • Have a minimum of 5 Ordinary Level passes, including English Language.
  • Hold a Diploma in Security Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Be medically fit.
  • Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
  • Be willing and able to ride a motorcycle.
  • Be computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Have a clean criminal record.
  • Previous commercial security industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Cadet Operations Officer Minimum Requirements:
  • Be between 20 and 25 years of age.
  • Have at least 2 Advanced Level passes and English Language at Ordinary Level.
  • Hold a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
  • Be medically fit.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Be willing to complete six months of intensive training.
  • Demonstrate interest in a long-term security career.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Be willing and able to ride a motorcycle.
  • Have no criminal record.
  • Be disciplined, honest, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • No previous commercial security experience is required.
