Job Summary
A Harare based technology company is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Operations Manager, reporting to the Group CEO.
Duties And Responsibilities
You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operations and marketing of our organization’s lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational & marketing policies and procedures.
Successful candidates will have a marketing or business related degree, have prior experience in a management or a leadership position, with a strong background in marketing
Qualifications And Experience
Applicant must be aged between 30 and 40
Marketing or Business related degree
3 years minimum experience
Strong marketing background
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about delivering world class customer experience
Ability to multi-task
Graphic design skills is an added advantage.
