Duties And Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Develops and manages the performance of subordinates in achievement of agreed strategies, business plans and budgets.
2. Ensures annual Profitability.
3. Set Policies, Structures, ensures clarity of procedures and transparency of structure.
4. Builds & Maintains Customer Relations
5. Builds productive culture, positive company relations to community as well as PR, ensures the company is employer (for employees) and partner of choice (for market partners).
6. Develop markets and secures best finance and investment options.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications:
• University Degree – Transport & Logistics/sales/Management related.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Managing staff in a high-pressure environment
• 10 yrs. experience in a Transport & Logistics industry
