Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and administration
- Supervise vehicle maintenance and workshop operations
- Oversee the Parts Shop and ensure optimal stock availability
- Manage and grow the Panel Beating & Spray-Painting Business Unit
- Coordinate procurement activities and supplier relationships
- Manage stores and inventory control systems
- Monitor operational performance, quality standards, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, motivate, and supervise operational teams
- Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive operations management
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, workshop management, spare parts, and inventory management
- Experience managing procurement and stores operations
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Computer literacy and report writing skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Strategic thinker
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
