Our client is seeking a polished, guest-focused Front of House Operations Manager to lead all guest-facing experiences at camp. This role is ideal for someone who naturally hosts, sets service standards, and ensures every guest interaction feels warm, seamless, and memorable in a bush camp environment.
Key Duties:

Lead all Front of House operations including hosting, dining, bar, and service standards

Oversee guest arrivals, activities, movements, and special requests

Manage kitchen coordination, menus, and food presentation standards

Supervise housekeeping, accommodation setup, and camp presentation

Handle stock control, FOH reporting, and daily administration
Ideal Candidate:

Strong FOH lodge or camp management experience
-
Excellent hosting and guest relations skills

Organised, energetic, and hands-on
-
Passion for hospitality and bush camp life
