(Agribusiness, Harare, ZimOur client is searching for a commercially strong, energetic, all-around operations person who will assist the Operations Director with running the organization. At least 10years experience. You will be an experienced manager with the ability to demonstrate success at managing multi-site operations and in addition, you must have the flexibility to undertake substantial traveling.
Duties And Responsibilities
Above all the client requires a person with common sense, humility, and strong general management experience. Ensure standards in the multi-site operations. Ensuring projects establishment and maintenance within budgeted costs and times. Reviewing cost performance of each Region’s operations. Knowledge of running agricultural programs over a large geographic region. Communicate effectively and appropriately at all levels. Monitor financial management of projects and budgeting.
Qualifications: Degree in Business / Related Field. No chancers.
