Job Summary
Our client, specialists in high quality and ergonomically designed furniture is currently looking for an Operations Manager with at least 5yrs plus experience in the similar role. The person must have experience and have qualifications in management. The person must oversee the following: Finance department, Production Department, Procurement Department and Distribution Department. This person must be very hands on, work to deadlines, monthly and weekly reports. Ensure we are working in realtime and working towards fully automating the factory. Must ensure each and every department is current and carrying out their duties correctly.
Duties And Responsibilities
This person must also ensure that we comply with the relevant authorities NSSA, EMA, City of Harare, Zimra, NEC etc. Ensure collections and payments are done in good time. Ensure we meet our production targets and the standards must be that of the highest. Stocks/inventory must ne managed, well placed, displayed, labelled and must have enough to produce for the future. Furniture / Engineering or aligned industry experience is advantageous. A generous salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
