The National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe (NPAZ), established in terms of Section 258 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, is the only government body and authority mandated to, as Dominus Litis prefer charges and to carry out prosecutions of criminals and accused persons in the courts of Zimbabwe. KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)
J Ensuring that offices are clean.
S Keeping kitchen and reception areas clean and tidy.
S Setting furniture in Boardrooms and meeting rooms as directed by members of staff.
S Ensuring that trash cans are emptied and returned to their proper locations.
S Collecting and delivering documents to appropriate offices.
S Dusting office furniture and windows regularly.
S Organizing furniture for meetings and functions.
S Preparing and serving tea to members of staff.
S Serving food and drinks during meetings.
S Washing kitchen utensils and linen.
Assisting in loading and offloading of stores materials.
S Any other duties delegated by the Administration Officer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
S A minimum of 5 O’ Level subjects.
J Ability to communicate in English, Shona or Ndebele.
S A punctual and trustworthy person.
S A clean class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage.
