Key Responsibilities

• Assists in managing day-to-day office administrative operations
• Maintains office records, filing systems, and documentation
• Receives visitors, clients, and incoming communications professionally
• Schedules meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required
• Prepares reports, correspondence, and administrative documents
• Supports procurement, inventory management, and office supply control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in administration, office support, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good record-keeping and document management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
