We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following position on a fixed term basis:
Occupational Health Care Officer
Main Responsibilities
- Prompt diagnosis, treatment and management of injuries and illnesses.
- Carrying out training programs on Covid-19, HIV/Aids, Tuberculosis, Malaria and other health related programs
- Designing and implementing non- communicable disease programs
- Create patient care plans
- Monitor and operate medical equipment.
- Diagnose health issues and make appropriate recommendations
- Detect changes in a patient’s health and change treatment plans as necessary
- Administer and evaluate response to medications and treatments
- Provide Counselling
- Carry out doctors’ orders
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in General Nursing
- Any health related post basic training
- At least two years post qualification experience
- Working knowledge of HSE systems and standards.
