Requirements
- A Nurse Aide Qualification from a recognised institution.
- A Certificate in Dispensary Assistance .
- Knowledge of working at a rehabilitation institute is an added advantage.
- 5 O’ Level passes , including English Language.
- At least one year of front-office experience working directly with medical clients in a pharmacy, surgery, hospital or clinic.
- A good command of the respective local language in the area of operation, such as Shona.
- Experience working with patients going through rehabilitation is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
