INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of a financial services company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join its esteemed board. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in business development and business management, coupled with in-depth knowledge of financial services legislation in Zimbabwe. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of a dynamic organization operating within the Zimbabwean financial landscape.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess a robust professional background demonstrating significant achievements in both business development and management roles. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior leadership positions, particularly within the financial services sector is highly desirable. This experience should encompass:
• Strategic Business Development: Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive market expansion, and forge strategic partnerships.
• Operational Business Management: Demonstrated expertise in overseeing complex business operations and optimizing organizational efficiency.
• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Professional certifications and membership to marketing bodies will be a significant advantage.
