Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installs, configures, and maintains network hardware and software.
- Monitors network performance and troubleshoots network problems.
- Implements network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Provides technical support and training to staff.
- Maintains an inventory of all network hardware and software.
- Assists in the implementation of disaster recovery and backup procedures.
- Prepares and maintains documentation of network configuration.
- Liaises with service providers for technical support and maintenance.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director ICT.
Minimum Person Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and general administration.
- A relevant certification in networking, e.g., CCNA, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
